The decoded TAF only displays information for current and future time periods. If a TEMPO portion of the TAF pertains to a time period already passed, it will not be decoded or displayed.
For example, if a TEMPO period was valid on the 30th from 1900 to 2100Z, but the TAF is viewed at 2325Z, the TEMPO portion is omitted from the decoded display because it is no longer relevant. This ensures that the TAF view focuses on active and upcoming forecast conditions.
