If the geographic coordinates of the point are known, a user waypoint can be added from the User Waypoints page in More > Custom Content > User Waypoints. To add a user waypoint this way, follow these steps:
- Go to More > Custom Content > User Waypoints.
- Tap the Add User Waypoints (+) button in the top right corner. A User Waypoint page will be presented.
- Enter the name (required), location (required), elevation (optional), and description (optional).
- Tap Save in the top right to save the location as a User Waypoint.
User waypoints that have been made are listed under More > Custom Content > User Waypoints. This view is where user waypoints can be edited or selected to view on the Map.
To view all user waypoints on the Maps page, from the Maps page, select the User Waypoints map layer from the layer selector in the upper left corner.
