How do I change the format of my preflight briefing?

ForeFlight Mobile offers two preflight briefing formats:

Graphical HTML
Graphical PDF

Either format can be used for flights within the United States. However, only the Graphical PDF format can be generated for flights outside the United States, regardless of the selected briefing format. Users with a ForeFlight Dispatch license can only generate a Graphical PDF briefing.

Changing the Briefing Format Using ForeFlight Mobile

To change the briefing format using ForeFlight Mobile, do the following:

Open ForeFlight Mobile.
Tap from More > Settings.
Tap Briefing Format in the Flights section.
Select either Graphical (HTML) or Graphical (PDF).

NOTE: When selecting a briefing format within ForeFlight Mobile, the chosen format is synced to your account's devices and ForeFlight on the Web.

Changing the Briefing Format Using ForeFlight on the Web

To change the briefing format using ForeFlight on the Web, do the following:

Open ForeFlight on the Web.
Click the Account button in the left navigation column. The text may be your name.
Select the Settings tab.
Select a briefing format from the drop-down menu.
