A Logbook can be reset by permanently erasing all associated data from the account. This action removes all flight entries, endorsements, signatures, and related content across all devices.
Steps to Reset the Logbook Using ForeFlight on the Web
To reset a logbook on an account, do the following:
- Log in to ForeFlight on the Web.
- Navigate to the Logbook page.
- Click the Import tab.
- Click on Erase Logbook to remove all entries.
- On the confirmation screen, click Erase again to permanently delete all Logbook entries, endorsements, signatures, and other data.
WARNING: Erasing the Logbook permanently deletes all logbook data, including:
- Flight entries
- Aircraft details
- Signatures and endorsements
- Certifications
- Images.
Before erasing, it is strongly recommended that the Logbook be backed up by exporting it from the Export tab.
