If documents attached to a flight are not syncing between Dispatch and ForeFlight Mobile, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the iPad has a reliable internet connection.
2. Open ForeFlight Mobile.
3. Tap the More button.
4. Tap Account in the lower part of the list.
5. Select ForeFlight Labs.
6. Enable Save Annotations Confirmation by sliding the switch to the right.
7. Close the ForeFlight Labs view and tap the Flights button.
8. Tap the Files button.
9. Tap the Refresh button at the top-right corner. Sync time varies depending on internet speed and file sizes. Allow three to five minutes for the flight files to sync.
