Occasionally, NavAids along a route may appear slightly misaligned when displayed on the map. This discrepancy is due to tolerance "stack-up" during the FAA's chart creation process.
The distance between the VOR shown on the map and the one in the route is minimal and does not affect usability.
SAX VOR on the printed chart is not aligned with the route waypoint.
Switching to the Aerial map and zooming in will reveal that the route waypoint aligns accurately with the VOR's actual geographic location.
