The "Expected Route Not Provided" notice occurs because the FAA excludes military flights from its expected route feed. Since the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) is quasi-military and associated with the U.S. Air Force, flights filed with a CAP callsign or N-number may also be excluded from this feed if the N-number is recorded as belonging to a military aircraft.
This exclusion prevents the expected route from being included in the notification email.
