To view a chart legend or the map chart collar in ForeFlight Mobile, do the following:

STEP 1: Open ForeFlight Mobile.

STEP 2: Tap Maps.

STEP 3: Select a Map layer from the drop-down in the upper left that represents printed charts (i.e., U.S. VFR sectional)

STEP 4: Tap the Settings (looks like a gear) button.

STEP 5: Scroll to the Map Overlays section.

STEP 6: Tap Map Touch Action.

STEP 7: Tap Bring chart to front with legends.

STEP 8: Tap on a chart to bring it forward and show the chart collar with the legend. (A red dashed line was added to the image below to show chart boundaries more clearly)
