Cloudahoy organizations can be set up to manage subscriptions on either a "Per User" or "Per Tail" basis.
Per-user Organization
A per-user organization assigns licenses to individual users. All flights flown by a user with an assigned subscription can be debriefed at the level of the assigned license. If a user does not have a license assigned to them, they can still import flights. However, those flights can only be debriefed in Track mode.
Per-tail Organization
A per-tail organization assigns licenses to aircraft or simulators (tails). To debrief a flight, the flight must be assigned to a tail in the tails tab. The assigned license level defines the debrief options available.
