An organization account is a CloudAhoy account that contains multiple individual CloudAhoy accounts. The subscriptions for all the individual accounts are purchased and managed by an administrator within the organization. Examples of accounts that are organization accounts are:
- Air Force squadrons/wings
- Flight schools
- Flying clubs
An organization account provides Administrators with the ability to do the following:
- Add members to the organization account
- Give Administrator rights to other organization members (there is no limit on the number of Admins for a given organization.)
- Assign and unassign subscriptions (Subscriptions in the organization account are transferable.)
- Buy additional subscriptions
- Add aircraft types, envelopes, or registration numbers
The account creator is automatically an administrator. Administrators need a CloudAhoy account but do not need a CloudAhoy subscription. The organization may designate an administrator who is not a pilot to manage the organization account and buy and assign subscriptions.
The Administrator can not view the flights of members of the organization account unless the “View All Flights” feature has been enabled by CloudAhoy.
The owner has administrator rights which can only be disabled or removed from the organization by reaching out to team@CloudAhoy.com.
