When purchasing a ForeFlight subscription, sales tax or value-added tax (VAT), will be calculated during the checkout process.
To see the tax that will be applied to the purchase, follow these steps:
1. Select the subscription to be purchased on our subscription purchase page.
2. Select PROCEED TO PAYMENT.
3. Enter the ZIP/postal code and select the country of the purchaser. If a tax exemption certificate will be used, enter the VATIN in the VAT ID NUMBER box.
4. Scroll up to the itemized costs to see the tax rate listed.
