Invoice availability depends on whether the account is a multi-pilot account without Europe coverage, a multi-pilot account with Europe coverage, or a single-pilot account.
Multi-Pilot Account without Europe Coverage
Multi-pilot accounts that do not include Europe coverage must contact ForeFlight Sales (sales@foreflight.com) to request an invoice.
Multi-Pilot Account with Europe Coverage
Multi-pilot accounts that include Europe coverage can generate and print an invoice directly from ForeFlight on the Web by following these steps:
STEP 1. Log in to the account using ForeFlight on the Web.
NOTE: (Google Chrome is recommended for optimal printing results.)
STEP 2. From the left-hand menu, select Billing.
STEP 3. At the top of the view, select Subscription.
STEP 4. Locate the relevant transaction and click View Receipt.
STEP 5. In the Order Summary view, select Print Invoice.
STEP 6. Enter the company name and address in the required fields.
STEP 7. Click Save and Print to apply the details and generate the document. Depending on the system, the invoice can be printed directly or saved as a PDF.
Single-Pilot Accounts
Single-pilot accounts do not receive invoices.
A receipt can be customized with notes, such as a company name or address. For more information, refer to the article How can notes be added to a receipt?
