When purchasing a subscription to ForeFlight Mobile through Apple's App Store, the transaction is made with Apple, which provides a receipt. Receipts can be retrieved from Apple through:

• Email
• Using an iPad or iPhone
• Using Apple's website
• Using the Music app or iTunes from a desktop

Getting a Receipt via Email

Apple emails receipts to customers for all purchases made using the App Store. Search your email for the receipt. Be sure to check the Junk or Spam folders.

Getting a Receipt Using an iPad or iPhone

To get a receipt for a purchase made using Apple's App Store, do the following:

1. On the iPad or iPhone, open the App Store app.
2. Tap on the Account button in the upper-right corner. An Account popover will appear. A prompt to sign in to your Apple account may be presented.
3. Tap Purchase History. A Purchase History view will be shown.
4. Scroll to find the transition for which a receipt is needed.
5. Tap on the desired transaction.
6. Select Resend Receipt.
7. Check your email for the receipt. Be sure to check the Junk or Spam folders.

Getting a Receipt Using Apple's Website

To get a receipt for a purchase made using Apple's App Store, do the following:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in to your account with your Apple ID and password. A list of your recent purchases appears.
3. Scroll to find the transition for which a receipt is needed.
4. Click on the desired transaction.
5. Select View Receipt.

Getting a Receipt Using the Music App or iTunes on a Desktop

To get a receipt for a purchase made using Apple's App Store, do the following:

1. From a desktop computer, launch the Music or iTunes app.
2. Click My Account in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3. Choose Account Settings.
4. Scroll to the Purchase History section.
5. Select See All.
6. Scroll to find the transition for which a receipt is needed.
7. Click on the desired transaction.
8. Next to Email Receipt, click Resend.
