Submitting a fuel order or fuel release request through JetFuelX does not guarantee fulfillment.
A fuel order is delivered to the fixed-base operator (FBO) or fueling facility and serves only as an advance notice of the sender’s fueling intent.
A fuel release request is sent to the contract fuel vendor and acts as a request to receive fuel at the contracted rate.
Neither action obligates the recipient to deliver fuel. Fulfillment remains subject to the terms of the existing agreement between the sender and the recipient.
