If access to a ForeFlight subscription is lost, consider the following possible causes and resolutions:
Group Account Enrollment
If a flight school or employer recently added the account to a multi-pilot group subscription, the previous individual subscription may have been converted into store credit. In this case, the account now uses the group subscription. For confirmation, contact the group's account administrator.
Other Scenarios
If a subscription was purchased but is not showing up in the account, emailĀ team@foreflight.com for assistance. To help locate and restore the subscription, include the following information:
- Full legal name
- Date of birth
- Country of citizenship.
