The inability to use the "Send To" button and access the email option is often due to the absence of a configured email account in the device's Mail app. An active email account must be set up in the Mail app for the email option to function.
To configure an email account in the Mail app:
- Open Settings.
- Navigate to Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account.
- Select an email provider or select Other.
- Follow the prompts to set up the email account with the preferred provider.
