A company firewall may prevent access to Dropbox from ForeFlight. To ensure a company firewall is not blocking links to Dropbox, request that the IT team verify the VPN is open to Dropbox files and ForeFlight domains. To do this, access must be allowed to:
- .dropbox.com (meaning all addresses ending dropbox.com)
- dropboxapi.com
- .dropboxusercontent.com (meaning all addresses ending dropboxusercontent.com)
- .foreflight.com (meaning all addresses ending foreflight.com)
Once those permissions have been set, the ForeFlight Mobile app will have access to the documents in the Dropbox > Apps > ForeFlight folder.
