Yes, subfolders can be created within synced Cloud Document drives. Subfolder creation is managed within the cloud document service, not in ForeFlight Mobile. Once created, subfolders automatically sync to ForeFlight Mobile, enabling the download of individual documents or specific folders. Downloaded items receive automatic updates.
