The frequency of data updates on the ForeFlight Watch app depends on internet availability and whether the app is open:

App Open with Internet: When the app is open with an active internet connection, data updates every five minutes or whenever the ForeFlight Watch app detects a change in location of more than 2 nm.

App Closed with Internet: If the app is closed, ForeFlight complications refresh automatically every fifteen minutes.

Offline: Without internet, previously fetched data is displayed for up to one hour. After one hour offline, data fields are cleared.
