The logbook entry in ForeFlight Mobile must incorporate the following requirements to qualify under FAR Part 61.65(d)(2)(ii).
- Log the flight as a single entry.
- Log Total Time
- Log Cross Country hours.
- The calculated total route distance must be 250 NM or greater.
- Log Actual or Simulated Instrument hours.
- Log time as Dual Received (training).
- Log 3 different approaches (e.g., ILS, RNAV, VOR).
- The entry must include an approach logged to each of the airports listed in the To and Route fields in the logbook flight entry. (Previously, an approach was required at the departure airport, which did not allow one-way flights to meet this requirement).
- Ensure the selected aircraft for the entry has a class of ASEL, ASES, AMEL, or AMES.
