If a fuel card on ForeFlight Web’s JetFuelX page displays the message “Problem Connecting to Fuel Provider,” an issue is preventing the vendor’s contract fuel price data from importing to the ForeFlight account. Click on Check your credentials to see if the credentials on the fuel card are correct and match the contract fuel membership credentials.
IMPORTANT: CAA uses case-sensitive passwords.
