Why are there still options to select either FAA/Domestic or ICAO when creating a flight plan?

While civilian flight operations use ICAO, some military operations still use the FAA Domestic Flight plan form. This is because some military-specific features aren't available when using ICAO. ForeFlight will continue to provide the FAA Domestic Flight plan form as long as these flight plans are still accepted to support the military.
