ForeFlight utilizes Jeppesen's global addressing database to ensure that all flight plans are sent to the appropriate AFTN (Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunications Network) address.
Flight plans filed in the USA, Canada, or Eurocontrol airspace will indicate whether filed flight plans are "ACK" (Acknowledged) or "REJ" (Rejected). In other regions, pilots should verify with the local ATC facility that filed flight plans have been received and accepted.
