ForeFlight Mobile version 12.0 and later can import Garmin G1000 track logs recorded onto an SD card. The importation process is shown in the following video.
NOTE: Follow the aircraft's G1000 Pilot's Guide for instructions on installing and configuring a compatible SD card for Flight Data Logging and on removing the SD card correctly.
STEP 1. Record and Remove the SD Card: After recording the track log, remove the SD card from the TOP slot of the G1000 MFD, following instructions in the aircraft's G1000 Pilot's Guide.
NOTE: If the files have already been extracted onto a home computer or laptop, transfer them to ForeFlight Mobile via AirDrop, iTunes file transfer, or by sharing through email or other apps that can access the iOS device.
STEP 2. Transfer Track Log to iOS Device: For iOS 13 or later, insert an SD card into an SD card reader compatible with the device (Lightning or USB-C), then connect it to the iPad or iPhone.
STEP 3. Import Track Log in ForeFlight: Open ForeFlight Mobile and go to More > Track Logs. Tap Import in the upper-right, then From G1000 (CSV File). In the iOS Files view, tap Browse, select the USB icon, open the GARMIN folder, then open the DATA LOG folder and tap on the desired track log.

STEP 4. Enter Aircraft Tail Number: If importing from the aircraft for the first time, ForeFlight will prompt for the tail number, associating future imports from that aircraft automatically.
NOTE: Future imports of G1000 track logs from that aircraft will not prompt for the tail number.
STEP 5. View Imported Track Log: The imported track log will appear with a “NEW” flag on the Track Logs page until navigating away. from the view. Use the "Filter" to search for imported G1000 track logs by entering "G1000."
