1. Viewing and Sorting the Flight List

The Flights list shows an overview of available flights created by Scheduling (meaning it was created via an API Key), Dispatch, and individual Pilots who are part of the account. This list shows pending and completed flights, and can be sorted by certain column headers in either ascending or descending order:

ETD - proposed departure time.
Aircraft - alphanumeric aircraft registration.
Dep/Dest - airport identifier for either the departure or destination airport.
Released - whether the flight has been released to the assigned crew.
PIC - name of the Pilot in Command assigned to a flight.
Created by - name of the person created the flight.
Filing Status - whether the flight plan has been filed, rejected, or is in some other filing state.

2. Filtering the Flight List

Filtering differs from sorting in that any value not selected will be hidden from the Flights list. When a filter is selected the viewable columns can also be sorted as described above.

Filtering is available for the following values:

Flight Status - All, Filed, Not Filed, Rejected / Error, or Cancelled.
Time - All future, +/- 6 hours, +/- 24 hours, +/- 1 week, Last 30 days, or Custom...
Created by - Dispatch, Scheduling (eg: via an API Key), or Pilot.
Watch List - add one or more aircraft registrations, types, airports, or pilots. The filter will list any flight that meets one or more of the specified criteria.
Flight Search - add one or more aircraft registrations, types, airports, or pilots. The filter will list only  the flights that meet ALL of the specified criteria.

3. Refreshing the Flight List

Click the Refresh button in the upper-right to refresh the Flight List. This is useful to display any changes that may have been made by others on the account.

4. Edit & Quick Actions

Each flight listed has an "Edit" and "More" button on the right side of the row.

Edit - opens the selected flight on the Flight Planning page for viewing or editing.
More - allows you to file the flight plan, release the flight to the assigned crew, or to see the briefing documents for the selected flight.
