Diagnostic files should only be sent if the ForeFlight Pilot Support Team has requested them. To send diagnostic files from a device, follow these steps:
STEP 1. Open ForeFlight Mobile.
STEP 2. Tap on More.
STEP 3. Select Settings.
STEP 4. On the Settings page, tap the text "Settings" at the top of the screen three times quickly. An "Upload Diagnostics" pop-up will appear.
STEP 5. Enter the email address associated with the subscription.
STEP 6. Select the UPLOAD button to send the diagnostic files.
This process will send the necessary files to the Pilot Support team to assist with troubleshooting.
