When the Logging switch is turned on from the Sentry Status page, a log file is created containing various data messages the Sentry received during flight. These files are not useful for customers but are a tool the ForeFlight Pilot Support Team uses for troubleshooting. To learn how to turn on Sentry data logging, see:

To send the ForeFlight Pilot Support team Sentry log files stored on the iPad or iPhone that the Sentry was connected to, follow these steps:
STEP 1. Open ForeFlight Mobile.
STEP 2. Tap the More page.
STEP 3. Select Devices.
STEP 4. Tap the word Devices In the blue banner at the top three times. A popover will appear.
STEP 5. Select an option.
STEP 6. Select the Mail app. An email window will appear.
STEP 7. Enter 'team@foreflight.com' in the To field.
STEP 8. Enter your case number if you have one in the subject line.
STEP 9. Select the Send button.
