The decoded version of the TAF will not show information for time periods that have already passed. As a result, if a TAF includes a TEMPO portion that has already occurred, that TEMPO portion will not be decoded and displayed.
For example, in the image below, the TEMPO period was valid on the 30th from 1900 to 2100Z. However, the picture was taken on the 30th at 19:25 Eastern ( 2325Z), which is after the TEMPO period. Therefore, the TEMPO portion of the TAF was not decoded and shown in the display.
