You can set a new password for your account. There is no method to retrieve a lost password.
There are two options.
Option 1: Reset the password with ForeFlight Mobile
If you are not signed in, you can:
- Open the ForeFlight Mobile app.
- Enter the email address used for your subscription to ForeFlight > tap on Next.
- Tap on Forgot Password?
- A notification bar at the top of the Sign-In window will show "An email with password reset instructions has been sent."
- Check your email account for password reset instructions.
- Click the link in the email and set a new password.
- Return to the ForeFlight Mobile app or ForeFlight Web and use the subscription email address and new password to login.

If you are already signed in, you need to sign out of the account (More > Account > Sign Out on This Device). Once signed out, follow these steps:
- Go to More > Account.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter the account email address.
- Tap Next.
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Check the email account for password reset instructions.
Option 2: Reset a password with ForeFlight Web
To reset a password using ForeFlight Web, follow the steps below.
- Go to www.plan.foreflight.com.
- Enter the account email address.
- Click Next.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Verify the email address.
- Click Reset Password.
