There is not a ForeFlight specific Dropbox URL or IP address that needs to be unblocked in order to use Dropbox with ForeFlight.
If your network administrator has configured the firewall to block access to Dropbox but is willing to make changes to accommodate document syncing, please see this article for details about how to un-block access to Dropbox for use with document syncing.
If your network administrator has blocked access to Dropbox and isn't willing to grant access, we also offer document syncing via Box.com, and Amazon S3 storage.
