Are JetFuelX prices automatically updated?

JetFuelX contract fuel prices are updated automatically for most vendors. For vendors that do not update automatically, prices can be updated manually through the following steps:

1. Log in to ForeFlight on the Web.

2. Select JetFuelX from the sidebar.

3. Click on the Contract Fuel Card associated with the CSV file.

4. Click Upload fuel prices.

5. Drag and drop the vendor's CSV price file from the computer, or click Browse your computer and use the next window to locate/open the vendor's CSV price file.

6. Select Import prices.

ForeFlight will process the file, and the updated prices will appear in ForeFlight Mobile and ForeFlight on the Web.

Forwarding Price Files via Email

If the vendor emails fuel price files, set up forwarding of the emails to the address provided in the Import Prices section on JetFuelX. This action will cause prices to update automatically. To set this up:

1. Log in to ForeFlight on the Web.

2. Select JetFuelX from the sidebar.

3. Click on the Contract Fuel Card associated with the CSV file.

5. Copy the email address.
