On occasion, NavAids along your route may appear to be off when the route NavAid is drawn on the Map. The printed location on the chart can be off slightly due to tolerance "stack-up" during the FAA's chart creation process.

If you measure the distance between the VOR presented on the map and the one in your route, you will find the difference to be minimal and still very usable.
Further, viewing the Aerial map and zooming in will show that the route waypoint aligns accurately when compared to the actual geographic VOR location.
