Special Use Airspace (SUA) consists of activities where limitations may be imposed upon aircraft that are not a part of those activities. Special Use Airspace includes: Military Operating Areas (MOA), Warning Areas, Restricted Areas, Prohibited Areas, and Alert areas.
Special Use Airspace that is charted is depicted on VFR and IFR (low) aeronautical charts. SUA is integrated into the ForeFlight Aeronautical map. SUA NOTAMs are depicted graphically on the map when the NOTAMs map layer is enabled.
Aeronautical Charts (VFR and IFR low)
To view SUA on an aeronautical chart, select the appropriate VFR or IFR (low) chart from the Map layer drop-down menu in the upper left corner. SUA details can be found on the VFR sectional chart legend. To view SUA details, follow the steps below:

Special Use Airpace NOTAMs
Special Use Airspace can be activated by NOTAM. To view SUA NOTAMs, select NOTAMs from the map layer drop-down menu in the upper left corner. When a NOTAM is tapped, NOTAM details are displayed in the sidebar. If multiple NOTAMs exist where the map was tapped, the NOTAMs will be listed in the sidebar. Tap the NOTAM of interest in the sidebar to display the details.
NOTAMs are displayed two hours before they are scheduled to become active. SUA NOTAMs are initially depicted in yellow and change to red when active.
