How does ForeFlight display Magnetic vs. True at far-north latitudes.

When flying in far-north latitude areas, pilots often use True vs. Magnetic because the magnetic compass is inaccurate.

ForeFlight automatically switches to show True for flights north of 63.5N in Canada. Flights north of 63.5N in Alaska do not switch to True.
