When using the ForeFlight Watch app, the following message may be seen with ForeFlight open:
"Please open ForeFlight on your iPhone to activate"
This message is presented when the iPhone does not have a compatible version of ForeFlight Mobile installed. To resolve this issue, update ForeFlight Mobile to the latest version on the iPhone. To do so:
- Update the iOS to the latest version on the iPhone.
- Open the App Store app on the iPhone.
- Tap the Search button.
- Search for ForeFlight Mobile.
- Scroll down in the search results until ForeFlight Mobile is seen.
- If the option is given, select Update next to ForeFlight Mobile. If none is given, the app is up to date.
