To create a Ground Time logbook entry in ForeFlight Mobile that is not associated with a flight, follow these steps:
STEP 1. Open ForeFlight on the iPad or iPhone.
STEP 2. Navigate to More > Logbook.
STEP 3. Tap the + icon.
STEP 4. Select New Entry.
STEP 5. If an aircraft is preselected, tap the Aircraft field, then tap the selected aircraft to de-select it, and use the Back button (top-left) to return.
STEP 6. Leave all flight fields (e.g., To, From, Total Time, PIC) blank.
STEP 7. Tap Ground Training to enter ground hours.
STEP 8. Use the My Comments field to add any additional notes for the entry.
