If you would like to enter Ground Time that is not associated with a flight please use the steps below:
1) Open ForeFlight on your iPad/iPhone and tap MORE > LOGBOOK > + > NEW ENTRY.
2) If an aircraft is preselected for the entry, tap the AIRCRAFT field and tap the selected aircraft to de-select it. Then tap the BACK button (top-left).
3) Ensure all flight fields (To, From, Total Time, PIC, etc) are left blank with no hours logged.
4) Tap the GROUND TRAINING field to enter ground hours only.
5) Tap the COMMENTS field to add any additional comments to the entry.
