RAIM prediction is valid for a flight that does not deviate significantly from the scheduled departure time (i.e., ±5 minutes) or geographically from the predicted route of flight (i.e., ±7 Nautical Miles (NM) perpendicular to the route of flight).
RAIM prediction can be performed anytime by adjusting the scheduled departure time before a flight and viewing the results in the Navlog.
