To view, update, or deactivate Jeppesen coverage using Jeppesen's website, follow the steps in this article.
STEP 1. Navigate to shop.jeppesen.com (for business accounts, use my.jeppesen.com/ba).
STEP 2. Click on the Login/Register button.
STEP 3. Enter the username and password used to log in on the Jeppesen tab of ForeFlight.
STEP 4. Select the LOG IN button.
STEP 5. Click the account button at the top right for the drop-down menu.
STEP 6. Click on My App Installs.
STEP 7. Click on the drop-down menu button next to the Welcome Guest text.
STEP 8. Enter the username and password used to log in on the Jeppesen tab of ForeFlight.
STEP 9. Select Login. A summary of the account will be presented.
STEP 10. Click on the Manage Installs button at the top left.
STEP 11. Click on the Manage Installs button from the drop-down menu. The available coverages, the number of seats in use, and the total available will be presented.
STEP 12. Click the [>] button to the left of a coverage description to expand and view the activated devices.
STEP 13. Click the DEACTIVATE button next to the device on which to disable coverage. One seat will be made available for use in ForeFlight by one device.
STEP 14. Refresh the page. The number of licenses in use will go down.
