To link multiple Jeppesen subscriptions to ForeFlight Mobile, ForeFlight Mobile version 13.3 or later is required. This article describes how linking multiple Jeppesen subscriptions works based on account type and subscription level.
Single-Pilot Accounts (Basic Plus, Pro Plus, Performance Plus)
If Jeppesen coverage has been purchased through ForeFlight and a separate Jeppesen account is linked to ForeFlight (via More > Jeppesen or using ForeFlight on the Web), coverage will be combined, allowing access to all Jeppesen data from both the ForeFlight purchase coverage and the linked Jeppesen accounts.

If Jeppesen coverage is not purchased through ForeFlight, linking multiple Jeppesen accounts does not combine coverages. Instead, users must select the active Jeppesen coverage in the app via More > Jeppesen.
